Arrow puzzle

Your jon is to place arrows around the small grid. Every arrow must point to at least one number in the grid.
The arrow can point either straight or diagonally into the grid. Every number in the grid shows how many arrows
point to the number. The small red numbers shows how many arrows which still need to be directed towards the number.
The puzzle is solved when all the red numbers show 0. There is only one correct solution.
